Notice of CWSI Raise in SEC Fee rate and shorten the U.S. stock standard settlement cycle

According to the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) announcement, with effective from 20th May 2024 (HKT 00:00am), U.S. stock trading fee rate will be adjusted from 0.00080% to 0.00278%.

In additional, effective 28th May 2024, The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a rule amendment, the standard settlement cycle for transactions in US securities will be shortened from two business days after the trade date (T+2) to one business day after trading (T+1).
