有關冒充中達證券內部帳戶抽新股的嚴正聲明

中達證券投資有限公司（香港證監會中央編碼：AVE 583，簡稱中達證券，本公司）於今日（2021年11月17日）收到來自中國內地陌生電話，此人聲稱在中達證券有內部帳戶抽中新股(即 IPO)，相關款項已打入指定的個人賬戶。經過內部查詢，此人並未在中達證券開過戶，且中達證券不會要求客戶向私人賬戶轉賬。我們認為他極有可能經歷騙局。

我們在此鄭重聲明並提醒廣大客戶，中達證券不會要求客戶向私人賬戶轉賬。所有客戶的轉款都會經過中達證券的銀行賬戶入賬客戶在中達證券的戶口。中達證券嚴正聲明，本公司僅在中國香港開展業務，請廣大投資者客戶提高警惕，謹防詐騙。如有需要，請向中國香港警方或中國公安部門報案並尋求幫助，特此公告。

The Declaration of Central Wealth Securities Investment Limited

Central Wealth Securities Investment Limited (SFC CE No. AVE 583, CWSI, the Company) received unfamiliar phone call from Mainland China today. The person said that he had opened an internal account in CWSI and participated in IPO successfully, the amount of money had already been transferred to the particular personal bank account. After internal checking and review, we find that he does not open an account in CWSI. In addition, CWSI will never require clients to transfer money to personal bank account. In our view, he possibly encounters fraud in the name of CWSI.

CWSI firmly declares and reminds the crowd of clients and investors, CWSI will never ask clients to transfer money to personal bank account. The amount of money from clients should transfer to the client account of bank account of CWSI. CWSI informs that the company only develops business in Hong Kong, China. All clients and investors please be alert and mindful for the fraudulent activities in the name of CWSI. Please ask for help from the Hong Kong Police or the Chinese Police if necessary.
